After March 1 – $333.00 (does not include transportation, lodging, or food – please see below) Discounted Rates Available, as follows:

Early Payment:

• $250.00 if paid in full by November 30, 2007 (early bird special)
• $275.00 if paid in full by February 29, 2008.

• PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive any discounted event fee, the entire amount must be paid in full by the date noted on the current fee schedule.

All canceled reservation deposits will be put into the scholarship fund to assist others in attending.

Children’s Rates:

• Age 5 and under: Free
• Ages 6-11: $75.00
• Age 12 and older: Regular rate for the event (see above)

Family Rates:

• Families of three or more will receive a $50.00 per adult person discount. There are no family discounts on child rates.


SCHOLARSHIPS – Limited funds are available and are for event fees only. MEALS – This year the food package available is going to be fabulous! All meals will be specially prepared for us by the chef, buffet style in Hayden Hall at the Holiday Inn.

The whole package which includes: 4 Breakfasts, 4 Lunches, 4 Dinners on June 18 – June 21.

Adult: Regular option: $228.00
         Vegetarian option: $206.00

Child ages 6 to12: $115.00
           Vegetarian $95.00
Child, 5 and under: Complimentary

If you prefer to eat some meals on your own you can decide to pick only partial food packages. You can pick breakfast only, lunch only, or dinner only; or any combination of the below, for example lunch and dinner or breakfast and lunch, etc.

Breakfast only: $47.00 for adults; $26.00 for children.

Lunch only: $53.00 for adults; $35.00 for children.

• Dinner only:
   $128.00 for adults (regular option);
   $106.00 for adults (vegetarian option);
   $53.00 for children (regular option);
   $33.00 for children (vegetarian option).

Resort policy requires that only those who have purchased the food package, and who present a meal ticket at each meal, may eat in the space reserved for the group.



If you desire to purchase any of these food packages, you must tell Mara or Robbie by May 1, 2008. If you do not add a meal plan when you register for the event you have until May 1 to order it. Full payment will be made to Angel Gate Creations and is required at the time the order is placed. Food payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. AFTER MAY 1, 2008 YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN FOR FOOD.

IDEAS FOR CUTTING COSTS

CUT YOUR COSTS ON TRAVEL: On the Travel Page, you will see ways to create or join car pools form different cities. You will also see a way to find rides with others who are renting cars to drive from airports to the Park. We will also look at rides from Salt Lake City that you connect with.

CUT YOUR COSTS ON FOOD: It is not required for you to purchase the food plans and eat with the group. You may wish to eat in the restaurant in the lounge of the resort (Be aware of the possibility of long lines), bring your own food, or go someplace else (The town is only 5 blocks either direction so everything is within walking distance). Remember, though, that time at the event is always limited and that mealtimes can be rather brief. The potential exists for thousands of people to arrive in town to support this event, so expect restaurants and hotels to fill very quickly.
